Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 10 days following delivery of your goods by either:
- emailing us using the contact form on the Contact Us page
- telephoning us on 02381 680089 (please have your order number and delivery details to hand)
Your product must be complete and in an 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidisks, memory cards and software must still be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your order when:
- there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using these services (such as a mobile phone contract etc.)
- the goods were made to your specification
- the goods were ordered specially for you (i.e. not part of our regular range)
When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you will need to return them to us within 28 days. A credit for the value of the cancelled items will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Or should you decide to have the goods collected then the following collection charge will be payable:
- Large items and items that incurred a delivery surcharge - £19.99
- All other items - £14.99
If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery we will offer to repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a replacement item, or if a replacement is no longer available, a refund. You have the option of an exchange or a refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify any faults with the product.
This policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Consumable items (such as batteries, light bulbs etc.) carry a 3 month guarantee.
Any refund due to an error made on our part or because the item is defective will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Replacement goods will be sent by standard delivery, no premium services are available.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both you and Consumable Store Ltd. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
